I Will Never Leave You

Psalming Out-loud this morning:

My beloved Holy Spirit, what shall we do today?? I’ve seen you move time after time. I eagerly go after and look forward to your next move. I'm working in conglomerate with your miraculous power. Forgive me for the opportunities that I didn’t give you to flow freely in my life so that signs, wonders, and miracles could be seen. I humbly come to you and welcome you to do the unthinkable. Let your kingdom come on earth as it is in Heaven. I want your kingdom in totality, not partial. I pour my heart out to you and like Elisha told Elijah (in 2Kings 2:2–17) I declare to you Holy Spirit, “As surely as the Lord lives and you yourself live, I will never leave you.” I want to see you, to walk and talk with you, commune and sup with you every moment of every daily. There is no disconnect. To be one with you, spirit to spirit, heart to heart, mind to mind. Elijah was taken in the whirlwind. You my beloved are my whirlwind, and my life can never be the same. Like Elisha’s request to Elijah, I request of you my Lord, “Please let me inherit a double share of your spirit and become your successor.” This is my dream and I have no other desire that’s bigger. I live for you forever, my beloved, my light. In Jesus Christ name I pray Amen
